Moonlighting

A short while back, my friend and colleague, Ellen Perry, who is a Classics professor at Holy Cross, interviewed me about my recipe-testing and copyediting endeavors. She wanted to write a piece for an online publication for which she is an occasional contributor, and it has just been published!

I must say, when we spoke over the phone, I wondered how anyone could possibly arrange and organize what I said into something cohesive, coherent, and engaging, and Ellen’s writing has blown me away! What a great essay! I am so grateful for her efforts.
